What to expect
Make an appointment
Call to set an appointment on Tuesday or Thursday. Call (423) 530-7156 or come in to set your appointment between 10 and 3:00. Due to great need in our community, expect a small wait.
Show up on time
Due to our process, your appointment may take a few hours. Please plan for that when you come.
Be sure to bring ID
First-time clients will need to bring a photo identification. A list of other things will be given to you for your next visit.
Emergency food boxes
In the case of an emergency, a food box will be available once a year, and your appointment will be scheduled for the next available date and time.
When we are open
We serve the public on three Tuesdays and all Thursdays a month by appointment. Walk-ins will be worked in if openings are available. Emergency food boxes are available for emergency situations.
